How to spend our vactions?
Some of us always spend vacations aimlessly. We can seldom derive profits from the valuable hours (time) of holidays. This is indeed a great pity. Though vacations are set aside as a short time for rest, we must make good use of them.We know that our school lessons are usually not sufficient. We should often utilize holidays to read reference books. In this way we will increase our knowledge. Besides, we must be engaged in sports or outing so as to strengthen our bodies.
我们许多人终是把假期毫无目的地消度掉。这确实是十分可惜。我们很少能从放假的宝贵时光中获得益处。虽然假期是被指定为一段短暂时间来休息的日子，但是我们却应好好利用它。我们知道我们学校的功课通常是不够的。我们应时常利用假期来阅读参考书。如此我们的知识就会增加了。此外，我们必须从事运动或郊游以便强壮我们的身体。

The summer holiday is coming. Our class have had a discussion about what to do during the holiday. Some are in favor of staying at home. They think it’s both convenient and comfortable. What’s more, they can save money for other purposes. But they will lose the chance of getting to know the outside world.
However, others prefer to go out for traveling since it can increase their knowledge and broaden their horizons. But they will spend more money and meet some difficulties while traveling.
In my opinion, it would be much better to stay at home, for I can do what I like, such as reading books, watching TV, and helping my parents with the housework.
