不难写，但是因为是自荐信，你得说说自己的经验，学历之类的啊。还有和这工作（实习）有关的消息（自荐信的一部分好坏在于它适不适合你想要的工作，随便写是写不到位的）。

During my apprenticeship in China, I developed a passion for hospitality; while working closely with fellow staff to ensure a pleasant customer experience, and a safe working environment. I would now like to further my career opportunities and learn valuable skills by going overseas, and this seems like an amazing opportunity to do so.

I have had a colleage education in China, and hope to further it in future with a relevant degree. I believe that by taking up this apprenticeship, I will not only gain valuable knowledge in the hospitality, I will also be an asset to the hotel with my prior experience and enthusiasm.
